Holy Guacamole

This is, without a doubt, one of my favourite snacks. I love quacamole! Plus it is so healthy for you and your brain.

 

Avocados are rich in essential fatty acids, glutamine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, taurine, carnitine, zinc, magnesium, selenium, B vitamins, iron, vitamin C, potassium and zinc.

Hemp seeds are also rich in amazing essential fatty acids, GLA, amino acids, iron, zinc, vitamin D, vitamin E, B vitamins, calcium and magnesium.

Essential fatty acids, magnesium and B vitamins are essential for our brain health.

This is my base recipe, but I change it up all the time. You can add capsicum, red onion, coriander, tomato, chia seeds, and anything in between.

The most amazing guacamole!

Servings: 4 people

Ingredients
  • 1 Avocado, peeled and smashed
  • 1 Spring Onion, finely chopped
  • pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • Juice 1 Lime
  • Zest 1 Lime (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • pinch Salt & Pepper
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Add 1/2 lime juice to start and add more depending on taste. Serve immediately with some crackers!

Recipe Notes

* I love served with some flaxseed crackers.

 

* Will keep in the fridge in a container for about 5 days.
