Use this mix for pancakes, pie, chia pudding, bliss balls and everything in between.
The spices in this mix are great for inflammation, blood sugar control, heart health, anti-viral, digestion and loads of other benefits.
- 4 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp Ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Clove powder
- 1 tsp All Spice powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground fresh if possible, or powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder, optional
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour mix into a glass jar with a lid. It will keep for months
