I am always on the lookout for a healthy snack idea, and this dip is the perfect combo of simple, healthy and yum. It may seem complicated, but I assure you it is really simple. You can change the nuts if you like, or use seeds, and remove the cayenne. The options are endless.
It’s great to have a batch of this on hand as a spread for a seeded toast with poached eggs, as a dip, as a dressing over chicken. So many options.
- 3 Capsicums
- ½ cup Walnuts soaked for 30mins
- 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Splash Coconut Aminos or Tamari
