Banana and Oat Breakfast Bar

Ingredients
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1 ½ cups Gluten Free Oats
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • ¼ cup Walnuts
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cup Butter or Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup Shredded Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or coconut syrup/honey
  • Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees.
  2. Please all ingredients in a food processor. Blend ingredients until there is still a bit of texture but has come together.
  3. Place mix in a 8x10 inch baking dish (approx. size) covered with baking paper.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Cut into squares and enjoy!
  6. Will keep for about a week in the fridge, or freeze if you like.
